Mind Games — Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 18, 2026
This privacy policy explains what data the Mind Games app (“the app”) collects, why, and what you can do about it. The app is made by Twelve Tango Apps (“we”, “us”), an independent app developer. If you have any questions, write to support@twelvetangoapps.com.
In short
- There is no account and no sign-in. We never ask for your name, email, contacts, photos or precise location.
- Your game results stay on your phone. We don’t receive them.
- The app uses Google Firebase to see how the app is used and to fix crashes. This involves device identifiers, described below.
- We don’t sell your data. The app currently shows no ads and has no in-app purchases.
What data the app collects
| Data | Where it goes | Why | How long it is kept |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game results, records and the goals you picked when you first opened the app | Stored only on your phone | To show your records and progress | Until you delete the app or clear its data |
| App activity: which games you start and finish and their scores, onboarding steps | Google Analytics for Firebase | To understand which games people play and improve the app | Up to 14 months |
| Device and app information: app instance ID, Android advertising ID (where available), device model, operating system, language, app version, approximate location (country or city, estimated from your IP address) | Google Analytics for Firebase | To count users and sessions and to see how the app works on different devices | Up to 14 months |
| Crash reports: what the app was doing when it crashed, device details at that moment, a crash-reporting installation ID | Firebase Crashlytics | To find and fix bugs | 90 days |
Analytics and crash data are not linked to your name or contact details. We use them only in aggregate, and we don’t use them to show you ads.
Who we share data with
We share data only with Google, which provides Firebase to us as a service provider and processes the data on our behalf under the Firebase data processing terms. Google is required to protect this data at least as well as described in this policy. You can read more in the Firebase privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy. Firebase may process data in the United States and other countries where Google operates.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it.
How the data is protected
Data sent to Firebase travels over encrypted connections. Only the developer’s account can access the analytics and crash data in the Firebase console.
Your choices and deleting your data
- Delete everything on your phone. Uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone’s settings. This removes your game results and resets the app instance ID.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone’s privacy settings.
- Stop collection. Uninstalling the app stops all data collection.
- Data already sent. Analytics and crash data are deleted automatically after the periods listed above. To ask what we hold or to request deletion sooner, email support@twelvetangoapps.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
This website
This website uses no cookies and no analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the site.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles data, for example by adding ads or purchases, we will update this page and the date at the top before the change reaches the app.
